REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Coldwell Banker Premier – Shepherdstown/Martinsburg offices
Immediate opening for qualified individual with prior real estate office experience. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a multitasker and have ability to meet deadlines. Data processing to include Real Estate legal documents, proficient in computer skills and MS Office Suite, knowledge of social media, marketing, and strong organizational skills in fast paced busy offices. Must be a team player, to give support and loyalty to the company and its agents and staff. Must be focused and have pleasant manner and phone skills. Candidate to effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in various types of listing and sales process, banking and record keeping, and direct and log all calls properly with great detail and knowledge of the offices, agents, positions and departments.
Full Time – Hours 8 am to 5 pm Mon – Fri, one Saturday per month, pay commensurate with experience and skill level. DO NOT apply if no experience in any office setting.
