You Bring to the Table:
- The agility to guide large teams to exceed their sales and revenue targets through meetings, training and scalable processes.
- The flexibility to engage with both internal and external partners to promote the Sprint brand.
- The resourcefulness to coordinate with varying departments to assess and collaboratively solve problems in a timely fashion.
- The capability to deliver concise and timely communication.
- The passion to engage the sales team with monetary and non-monetary motivational tactics, such as sales contests, prizes, and recognition.
- The business acumen to recruit, select, onboard, retain and develop employees who share your vision and passion for results.
- The passion to mentor and guide the development of individuals within your organization.
- The creativity to use data-driven reports to spur sales coaching sessions and empower your people to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.

You Worked Hard for:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Over 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
- Your track record of goal attainment, employee development, and operational excellence.
