A private practice located in thriving downtown Martinsburg is seeking mental health therapists with the desire to make an impact in the community and end the stigma associated with mental health treatment through a client-centered approach.

The right person can expect to work in a warm, friendly environment where professional development is encouraged and held in the highest regard. As a member of our team, you will be able to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults through individual and group sessions, as well as couples counseling. Must be able to work independently and, in a team setting and be able to generate all necessary documentation associated with your caseload.


  • WV eligible license – must be up to date or acquired before start date.
  • LICSW, LPC preferred, but will consider LCSW, LGSW, and Provisionally
    Licensed Counselors.
  • Experience with making treatment plans.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
