The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Business Expo 2009 on September 26, 2009 at the Martinsburg Mall. The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The EXPO provides you with an excellent opportunity to display your products and services to the community. Increased name recognition, possible leads in future sales and community involvement are just some of the benefits from participating. Extensive radio and newspaper advertising will reach over 300,000 people.

Since the number of booths and tables are limited, spacing is available on a first come, first served basis. Use this excellent opportunity to exhibit your company's products and services.

Exhibitor Booths
Chamber Members: $225 (before Aug. 3, 09; $325 (after Aug. 3, 09)
Non-Chamber Members: $400 (before Aug. 3, 09); $500 (after Aug. 3, 09)
Includes: Draped booth, 8' skirted table, chair, sign with company name, listing in newspaper tabloid and 1-year membership for non-members. Booth size is 10' x 10'. Electrical hook-up (on a limited basis) is available to booths at no charge if indicated on application. 8' height limit on booth exhibits.

Table-Top Displays
Chamber Members: $150 (before Aug. 3, 09); $250 (after Aug. 3, 09)
Non-Chamber Members: $325 (before Aug. 3, 09); $425 (after Aug. 3, 09)
Includes: 8' skirted table, chair, sign with company name, listing in newspaper tabloid and 1-year membership for non-members.
