As part of the opening team she assisted in training staff & opening over 20 locations, traveled around the greater DC area creating/supporting training & development initiatives, and met some of the greatest people in her life, including her amazing husband! After 10 years, it was time for something new and found the next shift in the form of a casino. Who knew – there is an entire field of training & development?! In the casino world Vicky initiated several programs that focused on supporting the core values & mission statement of the organization as well as branching out into the greater field of Human Resources.

After 20 years of customer service & operations experience, it was time to take this knowledge and apply it for herself. Stepping out on her own she created Elevate Your Team, giving her the flexibility to work with businesses to find the best solution for their team members.

She is also an active part of her community.
