I have been working out if the area for the last few years, I purchased my first home in Martinsburg about 7 years ago yet lived in the surrounding area most of my life. I am excited to finally have work in the area that I call home, I am an account executive for Comcast Spotlight. So long story short, I help businesses become a household name. I cant wait to become that myself for advertising in the panhandle. I have worked as a sales manager for many years and for a few different companies now, I enjoy helping others grow and develop their brand.
I am a 2010 Leadership Berkeley graduate, and have lived in the Eastern Panhandle for almost 12 years. I worked in public accounting for various local firms until late 2018, when I opened Fogle Accounting and Consulting. This spring I will celebrate my 10th tax season! My firm specializes in taxation, outsourced CFO and Controller services, and small business accounting and consulting. I utilize technology to provide my clients with the insight they need to make key decisions in running their business, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
I’m a native of the Eastern Panhandle graduating from Hedgesville High School and Shepherd University. I pursued a 10-year career with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and then moved a family run logistics business until 2015. I joined Advocate Insurance Group as an outside producer in 2015 working closely with local realtors and mortgage lenders to assist clients with home owners insurance and also licensed for auto and life insurance. I recently became the Marketing Coordinator for the office and am in hopes of making more connections in the community and specifically a network that supports women in business. I have been a part of the Jefferson County Chamber since 2015, the EPHBA since 2015 and involved in several networking groups locally.

I am a Realtor at Long and Foster working on a team with my sister, Carol Harold for the past 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University. My past experiences includes over 20 years in customer service, retail management, banking and owning my own craft business. I currently serve as a Director for Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and chair the PR/web committee. My hobbies include reading, painting, beading, card making camping and spending time with family and friends. I am a member of the Society of Decorative Painting and the Chesapeake Bay Decorative Painters. I do lots of community service, however my most important projects include painting memory boxes for Berkeley Medical Center and hand-making Valentines for Hearltand Nursing home.

Designed and built home in Berkeley, with an emphasis on energy efficiency. Member of P&G Women’s Network. Previous career as restaurant Chef in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
Karin Hammann Dunn is the Program Manager for the Eastern West Virginia Community Foundation and before that, worked at Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Panhandle for more than three years. She served as the Director of Operations, and more recently as Interim Executive Director. Prior to that she was Assistant Project Manager at Shepherd University and early in her career was General Manager of Tanger Outlet Centers in Martinsburg. Karin is a 1993 graduate of Shepherd University and lives in Martinsburg with her husband Larry, a Jefferson County native and they are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in 2017. Karin and Larry have two children, a daughter, Frances Ann, who is a teacher in Berkeley County and a son, Adam, who is in his fourth year of college at Chowan University in Murfreesboro, NC where he is a student-athlete, playing defensive end on the Hawks football team.
