I joined the team at the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle in October, 2016 as the Program Associate. In this position, I handle donor pledges, assist with special events, create and distribute campaign materials, and work closely with the team to help develop an effective campaign plan. Prior to this position, I worked as an administrative and communications professional in the energy industry. I graduated from Mountain State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. A native of Washington, D.C., I currently reside with my husband in Gerrardstown, WV.

Saunny has nine years of industry experience and is licensed in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland. She specializes in Life and Health Insurance, Medicare Supplements and Annuity Sales & Service. Saunny is the former Vice President of the F&BP BNI Group and Secretary of the Chad Hammond Memorial Scholarship Fund. She was born and raised in Martinsburg, WV and now resides in Inwood, WV. She is the proud mother of son Tayler Winstead and even more proud to be “Gigi” to his children, Brayden Alexander and Aybree Logan Belle.

Her expertise and experience includes Human Capital, Operations, and Project Management. Tricia has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Liberty University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
